AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The customer service is just awful. They told me to reach out to DHL about an order that's been stuck for over a month on its way to Ireland. I’ve tried getting in touch with both DHL US and DHL Germany, but I’m getting nowhere. Paperwallet hasn’t offered any assistance, and my request for a refund has gone unanswered. I used to be a loyal customer for years, but now I’ll do everything I can to warn others against making the same blunder I did by ordering from them.

The customer service is just awful. My package ended up at the wrong location, and I've made multiple attempts to get in touch with them, but no luck. I reached out to DHL, and they informed me that I should get in touch with the seller myself.

It's been a week, and I'm still waiting for a response from PaperWallet.

The wallet's alright, but I rated it a 2 since I had to cough up an extra tax at the post office (14 euros!). This wasn’t mentioned anywhere on the site. Just a heads up when you order—be ready for a hefty tax when the wallet arrives.

My order didn't show up, and when I reached out to customer support, they didn't get back to me.

I've been a fan of Tyvek wallets for over a decade, trying out a few different brands along the way. I really dig how compact they are while still being super durable.

But the wallet I received from paperwallet was nowhere near as tough as the other Tyvek ones I've owned.

I would’ve given them a 3-star rating, but they made a really expensive blunder when sending my wallet to me in the UK. Instead of listing the discounted price I paid, they put the original price on the package. This meant I had to cough up custom tax, which was 50% of what I actually paid. I reached out to their support team to ask them to fix their misleading website info (where they claim you probably won’t incur customs), but they never bothered to respond. So, due to their lousy customer service, I’d suggest buying from a company that actually values its customers.

I ordered two wallets on sale from this site, and because of their error (printing the full price on the parcel), I ended up paying customs taxes that I shouldn’t have had to. If they had just listed the amount I actually paid, I could’ve avoided those extra charges. I wrote to them to point out their mistakes, but...
